Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in your account. ok37 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond ok37's control.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts or wallets owned by third parties is not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
Only deposit money that you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment. ok37 strongly discourages depositing money needed for rent, food, bills or any other essential living cost. Gaming should always be funded from discretionary entertainment budget only.
Withdrawal requests at ok37 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their verified source.

The ok37 VIP programme rewards regular players through five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Points are earned on all qualifying real-money bets and wagers. The ok37 sportsbook offers betting markets on Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ok37:
Cricket and PSL markets at ok37 include match winner, over/under runs, player performance props, live ball-by-ball in-play markets and tournament outrights. All Cricket and PSL bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. Rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets and abandoned matches are settled per the individual market rules displayed at the time of betting.
The ok37 Casino and Slots sections feature games from established software providers. All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the individual game information screens.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok37 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action where applicable:
ok37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to ok37, subject to verification, unless the balance itself is the result of fraudulent activity, in which case it may also be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok37's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
